Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

At My Sweet Boutique we hand make each and every order and we don't keep an extensive inventory of products on hand. We are pleased to receive your order, but due to the nature of our business, we only allow cancellations of orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Outside of that 24 hour window, there are no cancellations.  We realize that this may cause some inconvenience, but we are very respectful of our product creators and once they start on an order, we need to follow it through.  

If a product arrives damaged, please document the packaging and contact us.  Damaged items are always eligible for return.  Once an order has been placed, outside of the 24 hour window, all sales are final.

If an exchange is desired, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements. 

We strive to please each and every one of our clients, so please browse our shop, but do please be mindful of our Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy.
