This Candyland Tophat is Securely attached to a skinny lavender headband. Done in mostly pinks and lavender with a touch of other Color.

* It sits approximately 12 inches high to the top of the feathers. The hat itself Measures approximately 7 inches high by 8 wide.

Recommended for AGES 12 plus.

Done with hot pink and pink feathers, and Curly pink ribbons. A pink Cotton Candy is on one side with a lollipop and hot pink bow on the other.
