The 4 layered pink tutu is embellished with a vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry scoop along with a Neapolitan ice cream scoop.

A 3 layered Satin ribbon bow is Situated on the front with a realistic looking Cherry 🍒 and Sprinkles, along with 2 Bows on each side if the skirt.

The skirt will also have fake sprinkles and chunky Colorful hlitter throughout.

ADULT Size: Is 16 inches long and stretches from 29 to 43 inches.
